Sejarah Singkat

The Chemistry Education Study Program (PSPK) at Syiah Kuala University (USK) was established in July 1984 based on the Decree of Establishment Number 59/DIKTI/Kop/1984 and Operational Permit Decree No. 8771/D/T/K-N/2011. Since 2023, PSPK USK has received an “Excellent” accreditation in accordance with the Decree of BAN-PT No. 1147/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/III/2023. The scientific vision of PSPK is: “To provide innovative, independent, and leading education and teaching to produce chemistry education graduates with a socio-technopreneurial spirit who are able to compete at the national and global levels.”

  • To implement the three pillars of higher education (tridarma) in an innovative manner at the undergraduate level to produce independent, distinguished chemistry education graduates with a socio-technoedupreneurial spirit, enabling them to compete at both the national and global levels.
  • To establish and strengthen partnerships with institutions at the national and global levels in order to enhance the quality of implementing the three pillars of higher education (tridarma perguruan tinggi).
To produce graduates who meet the qualifications to become teachers, researchers, education administrators, and creative professionals across various fields.
