By bridging education theory with practical managerial tasks, it helps cultivate biology teachers who can contribute meaningfully to school development and academic leadership. |

| Content | This course is designed to equip students with basic management concepts, covering various management approaches such as scientific management, human relations, administrative management, and bureaucracy. The discussion of these management approaches includes identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their application, particularly in educational organisations such as schools. Additionally, this course also covers learning management as applied in various educational organisations, particularly schools. The discussion will be explored in depth, covering: student and personnel management, curriculum management, foundational concepts, ethical codes, and teacher professional organisations. |
