Module objectives/intended learning outcomesStudents are able to analyze the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, including their personality, motivation, traits, and skills needed to enhance productivity.Students are able to develop business plans that incorporate the utilization of Information Technology-based business opportunities, marketing, management, and financial strategies within the context of technopreneurship.
ContentThis course is designed to cultivate entrepreneurial interest and prepare students to face real-world challenges in business and industry. It encourages chemistry education students to utilize their chemical knowledge to design entrepreneurial products based on chemical transformation with added economic value. The course also promotes the use of information technology for product design, branding, and marketing. Students are encouraged to start small businesses and use platforms such as Kedaireka, Shopee, and Bukalapak to market products and services. Social responsibility and empathy to improve community welfare by utilizing local natural resources are also emphasized.
