| Content | The General Course on Disaster and Environmental Studies represents Syiah Kuala University’s concrete initiative, launched in 2016, to enhance the capacity of human resources with strong character who are capable of playing an active role in disaster risk reduction efforts following the 2004 tsunami. This course aims to shape and equip students with basic humanities competencies to address disaster and environmental challenges that continue to evolve over time. This course also seeks to provide guidance on character development expected to grow in students, enabling them to take an active role in solving various disaster and environmental issues. |
