| Module objectives/intended learning outcomes | After completing the practical process which is carried out actively, students are able to accurately analyze (B, C4) experiments on testing carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, so that they are able to develop (P4) skills in implementing the biochemical knowledge obtained in everyday life (A4) independently, accurately and measurably.After completing the practical process carried out actively, students are able to accurately analyze (B, C4) enzyme activity, sterilization, and simple microbiology techniques so that they are able to develop (P4) the skills to implement the biochemical knowledge obtained in everyday life (A4) independently, accurately and measurably. |
| Content | This course discusses material to improve students’ skills in using basic equipment in the Biochemistry Laboratory according to its function, skilled in identifying carbohydrates, skilled in identifying lipids, skilled in identifying proteins and amino acids and able to investigate enzyme performance and understand simple microbiology techniques. |
