| Content | This course is designed to strengthen students’ foundational knowledge and understanding of learning theories that have evolved over time. The course focuses on the exploration of four major groups of learning theories—behaviorist, cognitive, social cognitive, and constructivist—as well as derivative theories developed from these foundations. Through open, responsible, high-quality, and measurable discussions, students will be guided to develop the ability to identify the application of these theories within the context of chemistry education and instruction. The course also emphasizes students’ independence in exploring credible academic sources to support their learning and critical analysis. |
